Mrs. Janney and Miss Koltes' kindergarten students had so much fun practicing prerequisite writing skills (drawing on a vertical surface using large movements made at the shoulder and elbow and small movements made at the wrist and fingers) during our Amplify language arts lesson this week. The children are also learning nursery rhymes and were so surprised when Mother Goose stopped for a visit on Wednesday morning.

The 2023 cross country season is off to a great start! Walworth, teamed up with Reek, Fontana, and Sharon to form a Big Foot Area Schools Cross Country team.
The team has competed at three meets so far. All of the runners worked so hard, coming together as a solid team. At our first meet in Clinton, 8 of the top 10 finishers were from Big Foot.
Walworth runner highlights: Jayce took 10th, Joe took 9th, Maddox took 6th, and Phillip won the race in 1st place.
Come cheer on the cross country team today in Fontana at the Duck Pond. Races start at 3:30!
