2. Click on Menu>>>For Parents>>>Family Access
3. Enter your username and password (see purple sheet from mailing)
4. Click on the Online Registration tab on the left, choose a child to register, and begin the step-by-step process.

Dear Walworth Parents, Guardians, and Community Members,
A facility planning survey was mailed to each household in our District on May 18, 2020. This mailing was routed through a Minneapolis mail hub and was subsequently lost. Because the status was unknown, the surveys were reprinted with a new deadline of July 6, 2020 (the original deadline was June 15, 2020).
We have recently learned that the original surveys have started to arrive in mailboxes, while the new surveys should be arriving in the next few days.
Please respond to either survey when your schedule permits. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we really need your feedback!
